As a mixed media artist my materials and techniques are the key to creation.  I start each project by choosing something new I want to use. From there the project grows and I incorporate other media and skills. The themes transform along with the art. I don’t always know what the work is truly about until I’m in the thick of it. My goal is for my work to lead my audience to be curious and thoughtful about contemporary culture. I hope to intrigue the viewers with unusual materials and approaches while guiding them to see possibilities beyond the surface.
