The Geode Book is a series that takes inspiration from the saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover." The piece may appear to book a book at first glance but upon opening it you will discover it more closely resembles a geode, a rock which may appear to be a regular rock but open cracking it open reveals its sparkling inside. Hints to the surprise are indicated by the marbled paper on the spine and cover, much like a book title.
